My healthy LEMON CORIANDER soup for the night
ingredients:
Carrot
Beans
Peas
mushroom
Lemon
coriander
celery
garlic
Ginger
Black pepper

* Cut beans, mushrooms & carrots.
* Boil beans, mushrooms & carrots in 3 cups of water. add some peas
* Strains out the water after boiling above
* add 2 garlic pcs, 1 inch ginger & Coriander & let it boil for couple of minutes
* Once boiled blend the above mixture
* Add the boiled peas, beans, mushrooms & carrots to the above mixture & boil for 2-3 minutes
* make sure the flavours are well combined.
* Add salt, pepper & squeeze the lemon
* Finally, garnish with more coriander & celery leaves and serve hot lemon coriander soup
