A few months ago, I attended a party at my friend's place. I met many known and unknown people at the party. Everyone was enjoying themselves. People were dancing, drinking, talking, singing, playing etc. Few of them were colleagues, so they were, as usual, discussing their agendas. So, the party was organized by my friend in honour of his son who won an award. Some of his colleagues were wishing him, some were upset, and some were jealous. But everyone was there to wish him despite how they felt about it.  I realized people are not happy from the inside or hide their emotions. They are discussing office work at the party. We are all trying hard to balance our personal and professional life. Personal life depends on how we handle our relationships with family and friends. In professional life, things are easy because of automated processes and optimized schedules. But we tend to forget about mental health. MIND SET

Scientists inform us that you build a new body every eleven months; so from a physical standpoint, you are really only eleven months old. So just recap what you fed your body in the last 11 months. If defects have been building back into your body by What you fed your body when you were hungry and what you drank when you were thirsty. Did you give your body & Mind enough rest & relaxation Did you move enough? (The kind of work environments we have in office now a day’s we sit in one place for long hours. Even at home, we are sitting in front of that idiot box till we go to bed. Did we feed ourselves with fear, anger, jealousy, and ill will?
