Someone asked me WHY YOU GET UP SO EARLY AND DO THE THINGS YOU DO, which you can do any time of the day

Aristotle said ----"It is well to be up before daybreak, for such habits contribute to health, wealth & wisdom".

I love it as it takes me to towards punctuality which is a trait of royalty, which also creates my reputation and trust

If one cannot rise early  then one cannot make progress in nothing

It is the one practice that changed me completely - elevated every other practice.

Even Researchers call this kind of behavior that multiplies all your other regular patterns of performing a keystone habit

It's more important in this scenario/time of exponential change, overwhelming distraction and overflowing schedules getting up early say by 5 AM is an antidote to average people like us

It promotes the flow of a gorgeous state of mind. While every body is sleeping, the universe seems calm, your creativity soars, energy is definitely doubled & translate into your productivity.

It puts Tick mark to most of the scheduled activities like reading, fitness, and early nourishment, so you have a day with a positive start.

One cannot imagine that a simple shift towards a bespoke morning routine could reorder a human life.

 I can go on & on but You know what ......its best to experience for a couple of days to believe it.....
