Attain Energy at a Physical Level

You need to undertake the following measures:

1) Exercise: It is extremely important for every individual to exercise daily for an 30 to 45 Minutes at least 5 days in a week.. For human life, exercise is a great natural source of energy. Exercise helps in restoring the impaired acid-alkaline balance thus keeping the Pitta*, Vayu* and Kapha* (called Tridoshas*) well-balanced, which leaves you physically energetic.

2) Sleep: Sound sleep, in itself, is an amazing source of energy. But the sleep needs to be scheduled in a manner that you can wake up before sunrise. Waking up late, even if you complete your sleep, it will not reap you any benefit in terms of energy.

3) Regular Meals: Depriving the body of food or bringing, both are equally dangerous for the body. A small regular meal of your liking, every three hours, is a tried and tested formula for energy. An empty or excessively full stomach disrupts the acid-alkaline levels, which gradually drains you of energy. You must have had several experiences of the ill-effects of being physically weak. If your body is bereft of energy, even a trip to Switzerland cannot bring you happiness. Without physical energy, increasing the energy of the mind becomes merely a pipe dream.
